Hi, I’m Minal Menezes 

mum of two boys, full-time corporate woman, and Fitness & Wellness Coach.

Like many women, I’ve lived the chaos of juggling kids, career, and endless to-do lists while still wanting to feel good in my own skin. I know what it’s like to wake up tired, to put yourself last, and to wonder if balance is even possible.

But here’s what I discovered: you don’t have to sacrifice everything to feel strong, confident, and fearless. You don’t need hours in the gym, restrictive diets, or a life that revolves around fitness. What you need is a simple, sustainable system and the right support to make it part of your life.

In 2023, I pushed myself outside my comfort zone and stepped on stage to compete in the Mrs Australia International pageant. Winning that title wasn’t just about wearing a crown, it was proof that even in your 40s, with a family, a career, and a full plate, you can still chase big goals and achieve them. That experience taught me ,an now my clients ,that it’s never too late to step up, shine, and rewrite your story.
